RETURN POLICY

Our return policy covers returns of products in new or "like-new" condition up to 30 days after delivery. Items that cannot be returned include anything damaged through normal wear and tear. 

If you need to make a return, please send an email to: hello@petalandposy.com and we will provide you with instructions to return your item(s) in the original packaging. You will receive a full refund less the original shipping charge. In the event that you have thrown away your original packaging, please note that we are unable to provide additional return packaging.

All returns will be credited to original purchasing method once the return shipment is received and processed.

We work hard to ensure that the products you purchase are of the utmost quality and that your order is handled with detailed accuracy, but sometimes, accidents happen. For damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise please contact hello@petalandposy within 30 business days and we will be happy to resolve the issue.
